Jam-a-licious has less thorns than comparable varieties and flowers very rich with deep pink flowers in May/June. Rosa rugosa Jam-a-licious grows very compact and is very hardy. Jam-a-licious is therefore the first variety which is perfectly suitable in the visual assortment. The rose hips from Jam-a-licious have a scarlet color and are already on the plant in August. Rosa rugosa Jam-a-licious is an easy-to-grow product for growers because of its compact habit.

Currently we manage more than 200 different varieties which have been granted or which are applied for plant breeders rights'. Van Vliet New Plants obtained the exclusive rights of the licensee to set the varieties out to growers and wholesalers, based on a sublicense contract.
